Hello there Tim Denning , I can appreciate and respect that this articles intention may have been simply to share your perspective on how little life has changed for you based on your £25k monthly earnings. However, this sentence I’ve highlighted in your article in particular, feels somewhat callous and lacking social awareness.

There are millions of people across the world who operate from a daily reality of scarcity. Earning £25k on a monthly basis would change that to a position of abundance for many. That is a huge change that can not be denied.

As one of thousands of Writers who have never earned enough as yet to thrive for myself and others as opposed to survive — I am clear on why I would like to earn more than just enough.

I am glad that you noted that the money you rightfully earned from doing the work — is still a privilege.
