full and light
Queen of the night
peaking through my blinds
dancing with my spirit
spilling through my guts and mind
detoxifying the unresolved moments of the day
launching them from rockets of deeply held breaths
that burst through my lungs — and pour out of my mouth like confessions
the Moon is here to gather me up
tuck my vulnerabilities into pockets of sky for awhile
as she fills my pockets full of grace and sings me her lullaby
Oshun vibes
her Moon river floods through my veins
infusing my blood with sensuality and the scent of cinnamon
my sensitive sincerity glows in these midnight hours
as honey beads drip from my skin
the Moon — rocks me steady throughout the night
