Hmm, alot to unpack here Jack… I’m ill equipped to do so entirely. I will say, I feel it’s part of a learned societal culture of ‘busyness’, that can get skewed even more within the home if our mindset is so inclined. Humans never needed money to live once upon a time, but now — particularly in the Western world — we are so ensconced in the idea that ‘if it doesn’t make money, it doesn’t make sense’… so we feel like we have to justify putting time into creativity that is fun/fulfilling — but doesn’t pay the bills. I guess I lean towards redefining the idea of success ‘success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it’ — Maya Angelou
So, I guess my answer is… yes!
Thank you for sharing Jack 🌻
