Me: IMHO, I think it’s healthier to focus on being emotionally honest rather than trying to make something shitty sound better. We are emotional beings who are prone to extremes, no matter how good our lives are. Interrogating ourselves/ practicing self awareness daily is our best weapon to try and understand why we feel whatever about whatever and try to make use of it. That’s all really. Thanks for sharing. *hides* 🌻
