Lmfao, I so concur about the thong thing — I truly don’t get it. A British drama series from last year (whose name I forget right now) had a female character describing thongs as ‘a bacterial super highway from your bum hole to your business.’ I don’t think I’ve heard a funnier or more accurate description.

I love being a ‘tomboy’, and I get the societal pressure to conform to ‘girlinesss’ — but at 43, I’m happy to give that the middle finger and keep going my own way.
