Thank you for sharing. I adored reading your story, kudos to you for choosing to live.

I had similar feelings of dissatisfaction, and finally quit my job of almost 15 years — a year ago today. I’m still figuring out how to keep writing and earning enough to live on so I don’t have to return to the corporate plantation. Bali sounds brills, my eyes have been looking towards Singapore/Bali for a relocation for the longest. Be interesting to know what life is really like living on that side of the world, beyond the post cards and Insta pics.
