While I’m still here

Poetry

for as long as I’m here
let the struggle be less

let me be glorified by anyone I behold with love in my chest
let us live a life with less regrets

a life we have no need to escape
free and untamed like the wildest rain

let the rest of my days — be spent falling up
like a rocket made of stardust, soul pieces and real love

exploding beyond this Earth, spilling back into the Universe
staying in touch with the sky

my inner space — a home to every galaxy ever thought far, far away
endlessly unfolding, revealing answers steadily resolving the unresolved

stay in flow like the Ocean, and if required — ribs cracked open
everything necessary, facilitating lungs staying full of moonlight

each moment, an opportunity
a movement aligning closer to me

letting go of heartbreak with every breath
body and soul sanctified with every step
